Home → How to Order
Ordering is
simple.
Prices are published on the Fabrics page. Tell us what you need, we confirm the total with shipping, you pay, we cut and send.
Four Steps
From enquiry to your door.
Browse the Fabrics page, where every category is priced per metre. Ask us for a full photo set of any category and we will send current colours and designs.
Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, or use the contact form. Tell us the fabric, the quantity in metres or yards, and your delivery city and country.
We confirm availability and send a total including shipping. Pay by Wise, bank transfer, Western Union or PromptPay. Card is available on request.
We cut, fold and pack your order, then ship it tracked. Bangkok orders usually arrive within one to two days. International orders come with a tracking number.

Payment
Ways to pay.
We accept the methods that work best for international buyers, and the local methods Thai customers already use.
| Method | Best for | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Wise | International buyers | Our recommended option. Low fees and fast from most countries. |
| Bank transfer (SWIFT) | Trade and larger orders | Standard international wire. Please cover sender-side charges. |
| Western Union | Buyers without easy bank transfer | Widely available. We confirm receipt before dispatch. |
| PromptPay / Thai bank | Customers in Thailand | Instant local transfer. |
| Card | On request | Card payment can be arranged. Mention it when you enquire and we will set it up. |
Shipping
Delivered worldwide.
All orders ship tracked. Fabric is heavier than most people expect, so we always quote shipping before you pay — there is nothing added at the end.
| Destination | Typical transit | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Bangkok | 1–2 days | Free over THB 1,500. Same-day is sometimes possible — ask if it is urgent. |
| Rest of Thailand | 2–4 days | Free over THB 1,500. Tracked domestic courier. |
| Asia | 4–10 days | Tracked international courier, quoted per order. |
| Europe, Middle East & Africa | 5–14 days | Tracked international courier, quoted per order. |
| Americas & Oceania | 6–14 days | Tracked international courier, quoted per order. |
Transit times are typical rather than guaranteed and vary with destination and customs processing. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, depend on your country. For some destinations we can arrange delivery with duties prepaid — ask when you enquire and we will tell you what is possible for yours.
Colour Accuracy
What you see
versus what you get.
Every camera records colour differently, and every screen displays it differently again. A deep navy can read as black on one phone and as blue on another; a champagne satin can look cream in one light and gold in another. This is a limitation of photography and screens rather than of the fabric.
So treat the photographs and swatches on this site as a close guide, not an exact reproduction. If the precise shade matters — matching an existing garment, a bridal party, a uniform — tell us. We will photograph the cloth in daylight next to your reference, describe the tone honestly, and tell you if we think it is not a match. And if you would rather see it in person before committing to a larger cut, order one metre first.
Common Questions
Good to know.
How do I see the full range in a category? +
Message us and tell us the category and, if you have one, the colour or pattern you are after. We will send a photo set of the current range. This is faster and more useful than scrolling a catalogue, because we can match to what you are actually making.
Why is suiting shown as a price range? +
Because the price follows the individual cloth — its weight, hand and quality — rather than whether it is plain or patterned. A plain can be the cheapest cloth we hold or the most expensive. Every suiting sits between THB 950 and THB 1,500 per metre; tell us which cloth interests you and we will confirm the exact figure.
What is the minimum order? +
One metre per fabric for retail customers, at the published price. Trade orders are quoted per roll or by volume — see the Trade page.
Is delivery in Thailand free? +
Yes, on orders over THB 1,500. Below that we charge local delivery at cost and confirm it with your total before you pay. International shipping is always quoted separately by weight and destination.
Do you provide samples or swatches? +
We do not send samples or swatches. We provide detailed photographs of any fabric on request and will answer specific questions about weight, handle and drape before you order. If you want the fabric in hand first, order one metre.
Will the colour match the photograph exactly? +
Not exactly, no. Cameras and screens both alter colour, so images are a close guide rather than an exact reproduction. For a critical match, tell us your reference and we will photograph the cloth in daylight beside it and give you an honest assessment. Ordering one metre first is the surest way to check.
Is it plain or patterned? +
A lot of cloth sits between the two — a weave fine enough that it reads as solid from a metre away but shows texture up close. We list these as textured plains rather than forcing them into a pattern name. If you need a true flat solid, or want the texture to be visible, say so when you enquire and we will select accordingly.
How do you confirm fabric composition? +
Composition is listed where it is confirmed. Where a piece is unmarked, we describe it by weight, handle and intended use rather than guessing at fibre content. If a specific composition is essential, tell us and we will verify before you order.
Do you quote in metres or yards? +
Prices on this site are per metre. If you work in yards, tell us and we will convert the quote. Pricing is in Thai Baht and can be converted to USD, EUR or GBP on request.
What if something is unavailable? +
We will tell you straight away and suggest the closest alternative we hold. You will never be sent a substitute without agreeing to it first.
